Consult with a Florida licensed Land Surveyor.  We can virtually “sit” down with you to discuss any survey-related issues you have.  We will do our absolute best to make sure all your questions are answered to your satisfaction.

How it works

Simply click on the appropriate boxes as to what you would like to discuss.  If none pertain to you, there is a section where you can describe what you need.  Please be as precise as you can to help our surveyor prepare for the meeting.  Once all the info has been filled out or selected, it will be sent over to us for review.  A payment link will be sent to you via email.  Once payment is received, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment day/time that works for you.  Easy!

What if you can not help with my question?

If your question is survey related, we should be able to offer an opinion, advice, or steer you in the right direction.

Can you refer us to a local surveyor?

Although the surveying community is a small, yet tight community, we don’t always know which companies provide certain surveying services,  therefore, we are not able to recommend any company over another.

What if I think of more questions after the meeting or I simply forgot to ask something?

No problem!  If you have any follow up questions or more questions come up, simply email your question(s) to our surveyor.

What if I paid for a 30 minute meeting and all my questions were answered before the end of the allotted time. Can I get a refund for the unused time?

Unfortunately, we do not refund unused time.

Can I rescheule my appointment?

Of course.  Once payment has been received, you will be contacted by email to schedule an appointment. If something comes up where you have to reschedule, just let us know at least 1 hour beforehand.

Payment Terms and Details

Once you fill out the questionnaire detailing what you need to discuss, that information is sent to us for review.  We will then send you a secured online payment link through our system.  Once payment has been received, you will be contacted via email to schedule the meeting.

Can I schedule a time after normal business hours or on a weekend?

Absolutely.  Although we try to take care of business during regular business hours, we understand that everyone has their own availability.  We will work with you to make sure we fit you in if the normal business hours don’t work for you.

Will I be pressured to use your company if surveying services are needed?

Not at all.  Our job is to inform you as to what you may need. Once you have that information, we encourage you to do your own due diligence to find the best company to suit your needs.  If you are in our service area, we would be happy to offer a quote if requested and if we are able to take on that specific project.

Should I schedule 30 minutes or a full hour?

If you have a complicated issue that needs a lot of attention, we certainly would recommend the full hour.  Most meetings can be handled in 30 minutes, however, if your questions are specific to your property, we may need a full hour to enable us to pull up your property, review descriptions, look up specific resources and fully discuss the best way to move forward. Our goal is for you to walk away from the meeting with all your questions answered along with any necessary resources/contacts that you’ll need to move on your project.
